Do you charge mileage fees?

We typically charge by the hour. Rates will be discussed in advance based on your needs, and we'll provide a detailed quote. If preferred, we can also offer a fixed price.

What payment methods do you accept?

How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time, especially during busy seasons. However, we may also accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.

Do you provide the moving truck or should we rent one?

Currently, we don’t own a moving truck. You can either rent a truck yourself, or we can assist you in arranging the rental if needed.

Are there any extra charges for heavy or oversized items?

For particularly heavy or oversized items like pianos or large furniture, there may be additional fees. This will be discussed when we provide a quote.

What happens if something gets damaged during the move?

We take great care with your belongings, but in the unlikely event that something gets damaged, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Make sure to discuss any concerns with us in advance.

Can you assemble/disassemble furniture?

Yes, we offer furniture assembly and disassembly services as part of our moving or delivery packages.
